Registration & Account

Register Registering on bdjackpot takes just 3 minutes. Fill in your name, mobile number, and password, then verify with the OTP sent to your phone — and your account is ready. No paperwork, no office visits required.

Age Only users aged 18 or above may register on bdjackpot. This is part of our responsible gaming policy and is strictly enforced. You must confirm "I am 18+" during the registration process.

Rules No. Each person is allowed only one account. Attempting to create multiple accounts from the same mobile number or device may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts, and any funds held may be forfeited.

Referral Enter a friend's or referrer's code in the "Referral Code" field on the registration form. Both you and the person who shared the code will receive an extra bonus. Please note that referral codes cannot be added after registration, so don't forget to enter it beforehand.

Account You can update your email and password anytime from Settings. Changing your name or date of birth requires KYC verification. To change your mobile number, please contact our support team.

KYC KYC stands for Know Your Customer — it's an identity verification process. For large withdrawals or account detail changes, you may be asked to verify your identity using a photo of your NID or passport. This is done solely to protect the security of your account.

Account Yes. You can request account suspension or permanent deletion through our support team. Make sure to withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account. You may also opt for self-exclusion from the Responsible Gaming section.

Login & Access

Password On the login page, click the "Forgot Password?" link. Enter your registered mobile number to receive an OTP. Verify with the OTP and set a new password. The entire process takes just 2–3 minutes.

OTP On the login page, click the "Login with OTP" tab. Enter your mobile number and click "Send OTP". Once the 6-digit OTP arrives on your phone, enter it in the box and click "Verify". You're in — no password needed.

Security After 5 incorrect password attempts, your account will be temporarily locked for 30 minutes. During this time, you can still log in using OTP. After 30 minutes, try again or contact support.

Login Yes, you can be logged in on both your mobile and computer at the same time. However, we strongly advise against logging in on unfamiliar devices. You can view and terminate all active sessions from your Account Settings.

2FA Log in and go to Account Settings → Security → Two-Factor Authentication. Click "Enable" and confirm with an OTP. From then on, every login will require a mobile OTP — the strongest layer of protection for your account.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit bdjackpot accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Pay directly through mobile banking — your balance is usually updated within 5 minutes.

Amount The minimum deposit at bdjackpot is just ৳100 (one hundred BDT). This amount also qualifies for the welcome bonus. The maximum deposit limit varies depending on your account level.

Withdrawal Withdrawals to bKash or Nagad are typically processed within 5–15 minutes of your request. During peak hours, it may take up to 30 minutes. Requests made after midnight may be processed the following morning.

Amount The minimum withdrawal amount on bdjackpot is ৳500 (five hundred BDT). Bonus balance withdrawals are subject to specific wagering requirements. Your main balance, however, can be withdrawn at any time.

Issue Please wait up to 15 minutes. If the funds still haven't arrived, note your Transaction ID (TxID) and contact our support team. Never make the same payment twice — our team will resolve it promptly.

Charge bdjackpot charges no fees on deposits. Withdrawals are also generally free. However, mobile banking providers may apply their own transaction charges — this is outside bdjackpot's control.

Withdrawal Withdrawals are typically cancelled due to incomplete KYC verification, an inactive mobile number, or unmet bonus wagering requirements. The reason will appear in your notifications — if it doesn't, please contact support.

Wagering Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Every bonus comes with a wagering requirement (typically 3x–5x), meaning you must wager 3 to 5 times the bonus amount before it converts to your main balance and becomes withdrawable.
